Due to the nature of the product, Summerboard cannot be returned after being ridden. Summerboard warrants goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use and service.

We make every effort to keep our customers happy, and we stand 100% behind every product we sell. Depending on the problem, we will do what ever it takes to fix your issue.
All equipment on this site are covered by the manufacturer's warranties. In general, products are covered against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Equipment that has been damaged from use and wear and tear is usually not covered under warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranties.
We offer repairs on damaged equipment that is not covered under warranty please contact us to find out pricing and details on damaged goods.

Summerboard 2 Year Warranty
In addition to an end to end 6-month warranty, Summerboard covers any manufacturing defects for the following components for 2 years:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes and impacts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to water. Wear & tear items such as belts, edge wheels and bearings are not covered and the warranty is non transferable.
